The entire 105,000 sq ft roof was pressure washed and all fasteners and seams were treated with geogard seam sealer. New soldered stainless steel gutters were fabricated and installed with accompanying downspouts. The entire roof was coated with 32 mils of Alumanation 301. A small Flute fill section was restored using Alphaguard bio.
