The Company provides benefit programs that address both the immediate and long-term needs of our employees and their families. Benefits are effective 30 days after date of hire. To be eligible, you must be full-time (working 30 or more hours per week) and not covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Medical Insurance

Medical plans offered include varying levels of company contributions toward monthly premiums. HSA & HRA access is available for some plans. Our HSAs & HRAs include generous Company contributions.

Dental Insurance

The Company offers two dental plan options. Both plans offer comprehensive dental care and include orthodontia coverage for children. The Company contributes toward monthly premiums.

Vision Insurance

The Company offers vision coverage allowing employees to receive eye exams, glasses and contact lenses at low co-payments or discounts. The Company contributes toward monthly premiums.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD & D) Coverage

The company provides employees with basic life insurance equal to 1 time your annual earnings up to a maximum benefit of $150,000. Employees may also elect to purchase additional coverage for themselves and coverage for their spouse and/or children.

Disability Insurance
Short Term Disability (STD)

The Company provides STD benefits to all full-time employees. Short Term Disability benefits provide for the replacement of up to 60% of your weekly earnings. This benefit is 100% company paid.

Long Term Disability (LTD)

The Company provides Long Term Disability (LTD) coverage to all full-time employees. LTD benefits provide for the replacement of up to 60% of your monthly earnings. This benefit is 100% Company paid.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Through the EAP you can get help with a wide range of personal issues, including grief and loss, stress management, legal issues, financial planning and more. The EAP can also provide confidential counseling and referral services for you and your household members.


All full- time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. All new hires are automatically enrolled to defer 6% weekly. The deferral amount can be changed by the employee at time of hire. Employees can update their deferral amount on a quarterly basis.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

All full-time employees are provided 56 hours of PTO at time of hire. On January 1st after date of hire, all full-time employees are granted 80 hours of PTO. On 01/01 of an employee’s second year anniversary, all full- time employees are granted 120 hours of PTO. All full-time employees are granted 6 paid holidays upon hire.
