My job at Farrell Roofing is Business Development.
- What would you name the autobiography of your life?
I would name my Life autobiography ” Elmer’s Lifetime Success.”
- If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
The one thing I would like to learn is to be an efficient farmer. Producing crops, harvesting milk and wool from the animals and be more self-resourceful in the “Wilderness”
- What was the last experience that made you a stronger person?
I have 2 experiences for this, 1st the day my daughter was born (Changed my life completely around.) 2nd was when I my best friend since elementary committed suicide in June of 2020
- What three traits define you?
The top three best traits that describe me (according to my family) I am ambitious, loving, and humble.
- How do you define success?
I define success as knowing life is full of abundance with love, health, stability, and family. Recognizing this is an important step to being grateful to all that life has given us. If we already feel this, we are experiencing success.
- What is your favorite thing about working at Farrell Roofing?
My favorite thing about working at Farrell Roofing is the team!! Everyone is supporting, resourceful and family based we are like family to each other especially since we spend most of our time and days together. Shout to the Las Vegas Branch team for all their help in getting me started right!
- Where are you from? Tell us about your family.
I was born in Inglewood, California on Halloween 1990. Shortly after my parents moved to the Las Vegas where I was raised. Both my parents were born in Mexico My mom is from the state of Durango and my dad from the state of Guanajuato. I have 3 younger sisters all born here in Las Vegas. I am a 2nd gen roofer thanks to my dad’s passion and knowledge of the industry. We are a very family-oriented and love spending time together. All 3 of my sisters are married and I am the only one yet to get married makes me the smart one Right? Just kidding. We all had daughters and recently my smallest sister just had the first boy of the family.
- What is your favorite hobby?
My passion and hobbies are “living the farm life” and fishing. We own a small town just outside of Las Vegas where we have lots of animals. My favorite fishing spots are Eagle valley reservoir in Nv, Panguitch Lake in Ut, and Willow Beach in Az/Nv
- What are your favorite sports teams?
My favorite sports teams; Football- Pitt. Steelers Hockey- Vegas Golden Knights Baseball- Us league LA Dodgers MX League Tijuana Toros
- Tell us what makes your division/department special.
My department is special because I believe it is the gateway to creating and opening relationships that in the future will benefit us in the long run due to having and build a great relationship with our customers and their employees.
- What do you want people to know about our company?
I believe everyone should know that we care about everyone not just our employees, but our property managers and their tenants, our Gc’s and their staffing, building owners and their tenants. They should know that when we say safety and quality is our #1 priority right along with customer service, we mean it and not just for our company but for theirs too.
- What do you love about what you do?
I love how I can help and educate people about their roofs, building customer relationships which some turn out to become friendships outside of work, and getting the satisfaction of having our customers mind at ease when it rains and not have to worry about roof leaks or issues.
